Lifetime Warranty

Vanoir products are designed to last a lifetime and are covered against any manufacturer’s defects for the duration of your ownership experience. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, including but not limited to abuse, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

Cosmetic blemishes and other changes in appearance may occur over time; this is normal and not covered under our lifetime warranty.

Vanoir’s warranty is limited to the original US customer or, in the case of a gift, the original US recipient of the product, with proof of purchase. It is non-transferable and only covers products purchased new from Vanoir or an authorized selling channel within the United States.

Vanoir will, at its discretion, replace or repair any damaged products covered by the lifetime warranty; however, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Vanoir shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned.

Please note that we do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of components, or theft. Damage or loss resulting from failure to obtain necessary repairs to maintain the product’s integrity is also not covered.

Some common issues not considered manufacturing defects include:

• Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, perspiration, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.

• Wear and tear over time that may require restoration work, such as adjustments, refinishing, or rebuilding of components.

• Bent, worn, or damaged components resulting from normal wear or improper use.

• Scratches, dents, or other changes that occur through regular use (such as bent items or broken chains).

Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your Vanoir product.
