Using the VanoirCalm® device is easy and straightforward.

Follow these simple steps to use the device effectively:

1.) Charge Up - Ensure your VanoirCalm device is fully energized and ready for use. A maximum charge time of half an hour suffices. Remember, it's crucial not to leave the device on charge for over two hours to avoid potential overcharging and subsequent damage.

2.) Power On - Post charging, press the power button on the side of device and hold for 5 seconds to activate your device .

By default, the device starts in the low-frequency mode, tailor-made for left-hand usage. This mode is explicitly designed for stress reduction, anxiety alleviation, assistance with insomnia, and overall sleep enhancement.

3.) Position Your VanoirCalm - Our devices yield the best results when accurately placed on specific acupressure points, namely PC8, and on the triple warmer meridian TW3/TW2 (refer to the image below). Holding the device in your left hand activates the low-frequency mode, ideal for sleep enhancement and relief from insomnia, anxiety, or stress. If you're looking to enhance focus, use your right hand to hold the device, activating the high-frequency mode (you'll need to press the power button again to change the mode). Correct placement is vital for effective results - incorrect positioning may result in a lack of sensation.

If the pulse isn't immediately felt, press the '+' button three to four times and reposition the device on the correct point. Once done, you can adjust the intensity to your preferred comfort level.

4.) Time for Rest - All VanoirCalm devices are equipped with a 20-minute automatic lock feature, ensuring you don't have to worry about manually turning off the device as you drift into sleep.
Testing Your Device -

1.) Please charge the device for 1 hour.

2.) After charging, turn the device on; you should see a light come on.

3.) Increase the power by pressing the '+' button a few times.

4.) Place your finger across the round button in the center while simultaneously touching the other part of the metal body.

If you can feel the pulses after this test, your device is working correctly, and you can begin to use it in the palm of your hand.
