Which membership do I have?

Prime Club, Vanoir Insider, Vanoir Plus, VIP Membership and Vanoir VIP are all names for the same Vanoir membership. The steps below work for all of them.

How to cancel

  1. Go to members.getvanoir.com/cancel.
  2. Type the email you used to buy and your order number. Your order number is in your order confirmation email. You can type it with or without the #.
  3. Pick your membership. Tap Cancel membership, then confirm.

Don't have your order number? On the same page, you can ask for a secure link by email instead.

What happens after you cancel

  • Future membership charges stop.
  • You keep your member perks until the end of the time you already paid for.
  • Your product orders don't change. Canceling the membership doesn't cancel or refund an order.
