"My order is taking a long time."

Our shipping policy says US orders take 1 to 3 business days to pack and 5 to 10 business days to arrive. Some orders this fall took longer than that.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If your order is late, email support@getvanoir.com with your order number. We'll look it up and tell you what we'll do.

"I see a membership charge."

Some Vanoir orders include a membership. You may see it called Prime Club, Vanoir Insider, Vanoir Plus or VIP. Checkout shows it before you pay, and your order confirmation lists it.

You can cancel it online at any time. There's no fee. Here's how to cancel.

"Can I get my money back?"

Vanoir Denture Gel has a 90-day money-back guarantee, even if you opened and used it. Email us within 90 days of getting your order, with your order number.

For other products, you can ask for a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused. Read the full refund policy.
